Reflection by Audrey (How to start a movement)

After watching the video, I personally learnt that the followers are just as important as the leader. The leader would not be able to sustain his or her position without a group of supporters who shares the same beliefs and goals. It is also vital for the leader to take initiatives and be pro active. Without taking the first step or voicing out the first idea that hits you, it's hard to actually spark something amazing. And as leaders, I am sure that's what they were meant to do. They are there to give a start for something amazing and inspirational.
